Joan Milton Williams - President and CEO

Joan brings more than thirty years of corporate Human Resource experience, Executive Coaching, and Consulting to business owners, CEO’s, and Presidents of major corporations. A native of Lansing, MI, and proud alumni of Michigan State University, she has broad experience in the computer, aerospace, electronics and manufacturing industries.    Joan holds a graduate degree in HR Management and Counseling.  Postgraduate education includes an Executive HR program at Stanford University School of Business as well as being certified for Board of Directors placement by Northwestern University.    

Joan’s HR experience includes several key roles at the senior leadership level. Two more recent roles include the Human Resource Leader for North America with a multi-national $500 million electronics company. Reporting to the CEO, Joan was a key advisor providing executive coaching to the President and his team in the areas of strategic planning and organizational effectiveness. Additionally, she was the Vice President of Human Resources for a division of a $3B global specialist in electrical and digital building infrastructures. Mrs. Williams has helped corporate leaders through many change initiatives including partnering with senior leaders to create a culture where employees can be most successful. In her more than 30-year career, Joan has maintained a reputation for being a great leader, mentor, coach, and problem solver, with great instincts when it comes to people. Yet, she understands and respects the impact of the bottom line on your business.

Gregory (Greg) L. Williams – Chief Financial Officer 

A Tax Advisor and Financial Operations specialist, Greg Williams is a native of New Bern, North Carolina.

 

Greg is a graduate of North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce.   


Greg brings more than 30 years of tax consulting to small and medium-sized companies.  A business owner himself with Williams Income Tax, for more than 20 years, Greg understands firsthand the challenges of small business.  A trusted advisor to his business clients and a partner company to Willco US, Greg’s number one priority is the small business owners and helping them grow their businesses.  He has worked with several business owners to expand their operations while achieving the greatest tax advantages and has authored a number of winning business plans to help take his clients’ businesses to the next level.     


Prior to WILLCO U.S., Greg performed significant financial roles for major corporations in the consumer and electronic industries including Philip Morris and Ford Motor Company.  A previous Controller and expert in cost accounting and corporate tax, Greg has developed an understanding and appreciation for the tax laws affecting small businesses, particularly in the states of MI, NC, SC, VA, AL, TN, and California. Greg is a Certified Income Tax Preparer in the State of California.  As a Certified QuickBooks consultant, Greg also has considerable experience with city government and non-profit organizations.
